Wine Cocktail: Strawberry Sparkler
Celebrate the Fourth of July with this Strawberry Sparkler!
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle Sutter Home Pinot Grigio
1 cup lemon seltzer water
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pineapple, cut into stars
¼ cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple and trim off the prickly sides. Next, cut into slices and use star cookie cutter to make star shapes. Slice the strawberries into wedges and place in large pitcher along with blueberries and pineapple stars. Add in sugar, lemon seltzer water and a bottle of Sutter Home Pinot Grigio. Stir gently and pour over ice. Now you’re ready for some fireworks!
