Rich, creamy Sutter Home Chardonnay shares the spotlight with peach schnapps and lemon juice for a lively sipper that calls for an encore.
INGREDIENTS
3 oz. Sutter Home Chardonnay
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
2 strawberries
2 pineapple chunks
Soda water
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour entire contents of the shaker into a collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a strawberry slice and an additional pineapple chunk.
