Julie Hession just presented her Blue Corn Desert Oasis Burgers with Cactus-Corn Salsa, Acho-Honey Bacon, and Pepita Guacamole. She had a great description of it as a food oasis you’d love to enjoy out in the dessert. The judges had many great questions; I think that means that they really liked it. 🙂
