This apple-y, Moscato-y wine cocktail is sure to kick off your weekend the right way.
- 1 (750ml)bottle Sutter Home Moscato
- 1.5oz mezcal
- Splash of lavender simple syrup*
- Apple slices, for garnish
Partially fill a stemless wine glass with ice cubes. Add mezcal and simple syrup.
Top cocktail with Sutter Home Moscato, garnish with sliced apple.
In a saucepan, add equal parts sugar and water. Allow the mixture to come to a boil and turn off the heat when sugar is fully dissolved. Place a few fresh sprigs of lavender into the syrup and steep for 5 min. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in an airtight plastic container.
