Zucchini Burgers

Our garden produced an abundance of zucchini this year, so I decided to add some to our burgers. The result is a moist, healthy recipe that please both young and old alike. Makes six servings

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
4 oz. finely grated zucchini
1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons dill
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
2 tablespoons fresh chives
6 slices tomato
6 lettuce leaves

1. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, Ranch dressing, and chives. Set sauce aside. 2. Finely grate zucchini. 3. Mix together the zucchini, Steak Seasoning, and the ground chuck. Form into 6 patties. 4. Grill patties until done according to taste. 5. Top each burger with 1 heaping tablespoon of the sauce, one slice of tomato, and a lettuce leaf. 6. Place burgers on buns and enjoy!

I serve these burgers with homemade sweet potato fries. A great chocolate cake rounds out this delicious meal.
