ZONI's Power Burger
It's so good, and there are plenty of healthy ingredients that cleanse your body, and help you to develop good eating habits.
BURGER: 4 Hungry boy's size or 6-8 girl's size
1) 2 lb Rib eye Steak grounded (Ask butcher to ground your pick)
2) 2 Whole Eggs
3) 1/4 cup grounded Raw Flax Seed (find it at a whole food store) 4) 1/4 cup Dried Chopped Onion
5) 1 Tbs Dried Minced Garlic
6) 1 Tsp Cosher Sea Salt
7) 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
BUNs: Sprouted grain burger buns are the best, but any bun will do, or you can fix up a protein burger with your favorite green leaf GARNISH: - Butter leaf lettuce or spinach leaf - Grilled or fresh sliced WHITE onion - Grilled or sliced fresh tomato
Glazing: Your choice of SutterHome Red Wine (Put it into a clean little sprayer bottle)
1. Beat eggs, and mix all ingredients. Mix lightly, but enough for the ingredients to be uniformly mixed. 2. Decide upon the amount of patties to be made, and create equal portions. 3. Cut small plastic wrap squares, and place one patty per square. Without touching the meat, use the four corners of the plastic wrap to form the patties into the desired size and thickness. 4. Spray one side of each patty with the chosen red wine. 5. Grill thick patties for 5-6 minutes per side, and 4-5 minutes per side for thinner ones (Before flipping, spray the uncooked side with the red wine. Also, do not overcook, as you will destroy some of the beneficial ingredients in the flax seeds.).
