Ingredients

angus ground chuck, grade choice,
kosher salt & fresh ground pepper on top of 1/2" patty a bit bigger than bun size.
slice of american cheese,
thin slice of garden fresh tomato,
garden fresh lettuce,
small purple onion.
pickle, mayo, mustard as desired.

Instructions

1. beat out patties as afore mentioned on wax paper. 2. cook on grill (i perfer gas) med high heat, when it appears they are cooking thru flip, one time only take up when just done, don't over cook. 3.place cheese and burger on fresh bun, put on pizza pan or cookie sheet place in oven 325 for 5 min til cheese melts. 4. eat
