West African “Kyinkyinga” Burger

This recipe is a burger adaptation of a kebab-style food sold by street vendors in West Africa.


2 Lbs Ground Chuck
1 Small Green Bell Pepper, cut into medium dice (approximately 1 cup)
1/2 Small Vidalia Onion, cut into medium dice (approximately 1 cup)
5 Green Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely minced
4 Cloves Garlic finely minced
