Tuscan Burger


1/4 lb. of lean ground beef
1 Tablespoon "Classico Creations Basil Pesto" spread
1/4 teaspoon Salt & pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegarette
5 baby portobella mushrooms, sliced
Fresh mozzarella cheese
beefsteak tomato sliced
red onion
Kaiser roll


Combine ground beef, "classico" spread & dash of salt & pepper. Mix and form into a patty Cook patty on grill to perfection desired; prefer medium rare While patty is cooking...Slowly saute' mushrooms in oil & vinegarette in pan. Remove pan from heat once mushrooms are tender. And strain remaining liquid. Cut open roll. Place patty on roll. Top patty w/ mushrooms Then thick slice of cheese. Then top w/ sliced tomatoe and onion.
