Turkey Burger
Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. of Ground Turkey (92%lean)
1 cup grated Montery Jack cheese
6 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced (1 reserved)
salt & pepper
Olive Oil
Instructions
Combine all. Form patties -1 inch thick. On a lightly oiled grill. Sear on the hottest part,about 2 minutes. Move to the cooler part and cook through, about 7-10 minutes per side. Brush rolls?buns with olive oil and reserved clove of garlic. Toast on grill. Serve burger with tomato & lettuce. (I prefer spinach)
