Tipsy Turkey Burger

Sometimes your craving a Thanksgiving dinner, without the fuss and mess. My Tipsy Turkey burger gives you that Thanksgiving taste all in one bite. The wine incorpaorted into the burger, makes it tipsy. If want to be tipsy too, have a few glasses yourself. it compliments very nicely.


1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. mashed potato flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp, garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup dry stuffing mix
1/4 cup chablis wine
1 jar homestyl turkey gravy
4 kaiser rolls
1 can jellied cranberry


1. mix together the ground turkey, sage celery salt, onion powder, potato flakes, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2. form into 4 patties. 3. grease the grill with olive oil and cook patties on medium high. 4. while burgers are cooking, mix the stuffing mix and wine and saute until slightly crispy. 5. heat the gravy until it starts to bubble. 6. when burgers reach 1650degrees, remove. 7. top burgers with the stuffing, pour gravy over and put the top part of bun leaning on the burger. 8. lean 2 slices of the cranberry sauce on the other side of the burger.


This "tipsy Turkey Burger" will make you Thankful any time of the year. Dont forget to pour a few glasses of white wine and get a little tipy yourself!!!!!
