"Those Good Burgers"
My family loves these and asks for "Those Good Burgers" often! They always say that no other burger can compare!
2lbs. lean ground beef or sirloin beef 2)1/2 cup applesauce(1 of those self serve kind works best) 3)20 Ritz Crackers Crushed, fine 4)1 envelope Lipton Soup mix dry 5)1/2 teaspoon ground powdered garlic (or 1/2 teapsoon fresh diced fine garlic) 6)Pam (grilling spray) 7)Roll(about 6-8 depends on the size you make burgers) Toppings:(etc. as desired) 8)cheese 9)onions 10)tomatos 11)relish 12)bacon
1. Mix all ingredients up to number 5) well. 2. Shape into quarter pound patties(or as you prefer) 3. Spray grill with pam. 4. Grill to desired level of doneness-serveral minutes each side. 5. May add toppings before serving. 6. Enjoy these scrumptious Burgers!!! (makes 6-8 burgers per recipe if making quarter pound burgers)
Length of grill time will depend upon grill-which should be medium hot and desired doneness. Always cook beef to 145°F for Medium Rare 160°F for Medium 170°F for Well Done
