The Zen Burger

The name of the burger is dedicated to my cat, Zen. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the refridgerator light. I didn't understand why the refridgerator would be open, so I decided to check it out. To my surprise I found Zen, head in bowl, feasting on my turkey burger mixture. He had jimmied his way into my refridgerator (which now requires a full-time baby lock)and obviously couldn't help himslef. Needless to say I had to throw away the burgers and make a new batch. The cooked version was a hit the next day at my barbecue. I hope that you find these burgers delightfully Zenful!
