Instructions

Take a small amount of the vegetable oil and rub onto the grill racks. The Apple Burger Chop the apple into small bite size pieces and combine with the ground beef, White Zinfandel, salt, all spice, cinnamon, olive oil, horseradish sauce and sour cream. Toss lightly together until mixture is blended. Shape into a nice round patty (about 1/4 inch thick) about the size and shape of the bottom hamburger bun. Heat the grill to medium heat temperature. Place the burgers in the middle of the grill right above the flame. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes, 5 min. per side. Try to flip only once it will keep the juiciness inside of the burger. The internal temperature should reach 160 degrees for optimal safety. Place a slice of cheese onto the patties when done and melt. The Toppings Cut the green onion into halves. Then layer burger in this order for flavorful combination: On the bottom bun spread thin layer of honey, romaine lettuce, apple burger, mayonnaise, green onion and then the top of the sesame seed bun.
