The Magic Burger

This burger is poular with almost everyone! Prep is key so give yourself a little extra time to recreate this burger. Enjoy!


For 4 burgers
2lbs Certified Angus Ground Beef(enough for 4 patties)
4 tsp Seasoning Salt (1 tsp per patty, may substitute)
2 ripe Avacados(small)
1 med red or yellow onion
1 ripe tomato


Preparation- 1. Seperate 2lbs Certified Angus ground beef into four 1/4lb parts. 2. Add 1 tsp Season Salt to each 1/4lb portion of beef and massage Season Salt in as you form 4(four) patties. Ensure  Salt is distributed equally(no flavor pockets) through out the newly formed patties. 3. Slice Avacado, Tomato, and Onion. Set aside. Cooking- 1. Grill 4 patties over medium direct heat until desired doneness is reached. *Brown buns on grill if desired. Serving- Serve burger face up and top with sliced avacado, tomato, and onion.


Variant- Instead of slicing avacado, mash into a equally delicious spread! All traditional condiments(Mustard, Mayo, ect) work too!
