Ingredients

1. A brioche bun.
2.Butter Lettuce
3.Comte' Saint Antoine Cheese.
4.Thinly sliced purple onions.
5.Heirloom Tomatos.
6.1/2 cup sauted porchini mushrooms.
7.Ground Kobe Beef .

 

Instructions

1.Lightly season the beef with garlic salt and 1.tsp of Dijon mustard. 2.Form the Kobe beef into 2 lemon sized balls. 3.Make these into patties and lay flat. 4.Saute' the Porchinis in some butter with a touch of olive oil. 5. one soft place these on one of the patties and lay the other over it sealing in the mushrooms. 6. Grill, or Pan cook the beef to a medium rare or how ever desired. 7. Lightly toast the Brioche. 8. Lay the sliced heirloom tomatos on the meat & melt the Comte' Sanit Antione onto the meat over the tomatos. 10.Place the Meat on the bottom of the brioche bun. 11.Lay on the thinly sliced purple onions & the boston lettuce. 12. Top with the top of the brioche bun and enjoy!
