The Dunkelberger

This burger recipe is inspired by my wife's favorite wine, Sutter Home's Chenin Blanc. Being my last name is Dunkelberger is is fairly easy to name my creation "The Dunkelberger".The fruitiness of the wine matches the ingredients of the burger perfectly. We have cooked this particular burger so many times, that I know when I execute it properly it is always a crowd favorite. Thank you for such a beautiful wine and a chance to showcase it in a burger recipe contest.

It would be an honor to showcase such a good wine with a quality burger. With so many people enjoying gourmet food, we must realize that a simple hamburger can be transformed into a culinary explosion of flavor. If the general public were to taste a gourmet burger, they would probably give up fast food and treat themselves to a quality burger made at home, to their specifications.
