The BEST burger

I created this recipe by swinging it with what i had in the fridge and spice cabinet. Turns out it was the best burger i had even made. Even my little brother who is a tough food critic.


1 lb. of fresh hamburber meat
1 egg
1/4 c. of plain bread crumbs
2 teaspoons of worchestershire sauce
few dashes of garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced onion
dash of salt and pepper (to your liking)
hamburger buns


1. Preheat grill. 2. beat egg 3. combined egg and hamburger meat mix well 4. add the worchestershire sauce, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the hamburger mixing well. 5. form hamburger patties 6. Grill to your liking (rare - well) 7. Well hamburnger and cooking melt butter in a frying pan. 8. once butter is melted toast buns until just a little golden brown and crunchy around the egdes. 9. once burgers are done assemble and enjoy.
