1 cup seasoned turkey stuffing
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for Grill
Sauce:
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 stick spreadable butter
6 egg buns
1/2 tablespoon orange food coloring

Instructions

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat gas grill to medium-high. Combine 2lbs ground turkey with 3 turkey bullion cubes. (Handle the meat as little as possible to avoid compacting beef) Divide ground turkey into 12 burger patties. Combine 1 egg, 1/4 cup turkey broth, 1 cup seasoned turkey stuffing, 1/4 cup green onion together. Spoon the stuffing mixture equally onto 6 of the burger patties. Take the final 6 burger patties and flatten around top of each stuffing burger and pinch the top burger patties and the bottom burger patties together to form a hamburger (showing no sign of the stuffing inside) Salt and pepper the top and bottom of the burgers. Brush grill with vegetable oil. Place burgers on grill Cook on each side for 12 minutes Combine cranberries with ½ cup Mayonnaise. Spread 1/4 stick of butter on to inside of 6 buns Place the buns butter side down on the grill for 5 minutes. Place burger on bottom bun and top with cran-mayo sauce, top with top bun.
