Burgers
2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 good quality hamburger buns

Instructions:

Heat gas grill to meduim high heat

Melt butter in sauce pan on grill. Sauté onion and garlic. Add remaining BBQ sauce ingredients; apple cider vinegar, apple juice, prepared mustard, ketchup, chili powder, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thick (to the consistency of ketchup, approx 45 minutes).

Peel, remove seeds and chop cucumber, chop carrots and celery, toss chopped veggies with salt, refrigerate. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, dill, and garlic powder, refrigerate.

Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper with ground beef, add honey and cheese and mix again. Form 6 patties. Grill 4-5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. During last few minutes of grilling spoon BBQ sauce over the top of each burger.

Right before removing the burgers from the grill, remove chopped veggies from refrigerator, drain and pat dry with paper towel. Add veggies to mayonnaise mixture and stir lightly.

Assemble each burger by placing the burger patty on bottom bun with BBQ sauce facing up; spread cucumber dressing on cut side of top bun where it will be directly on top of BBQ sauce.

Enjoy!
