1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons Grey Poupon Spicy Brown Mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Patties:
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable oil for brushing on the grill rack
6 Kaiser rolls, split
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 Kosher Dill pickle stackers

Instructions

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high. To make the sauce, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring sauce to a boil. Set aside 1 cup of the sauce to serve on top of the burgers. To make the patties, combine 1/4 cup of the sauce, the ground beef, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Handling the meat as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal patties and shape the portions into patties to fit the buns. When the grill is ready, brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and cook, turning once and basting with sauce, for 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. During the last few minutes of cooking, place the buns, cut side down, on the outer edges of the rack to toast slightly. To assemble the burgers, on each roll bottom, spread equal portions of the mayonnaise over the cut side of the roll. Sprinkle with pepper. On roll bottoms place a patty, sather patties with equal portions of sauce, and top with two pickle stackers crisscrossed. Add roll tops and serve. Enjoy!
