Ground Beef Ground Sirloin
Imported Chorizo
Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
Seasoned bread crumbs
Ground Parmisano/Romano Blend
Brown Egg
Oregano
Basil
Ground Pepper
Powdered Garlic
Paprika
Saffron
Worcestershire sauce
Grey poupon mustard
Proscuito

 

Instructions

1. Crumble raw beef and sirloin into large ceramic dish or wide bowl 2. Chop two small chorizo sausages into small diced sized pieces 3. Pour over a 1/4 cup of Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon (reserve remainder of wine in bottle) 4. Sprinkle 1 cup of Vigo Seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs 5. Sprinkle 1/3 cup ground parmisano/romano blend 6. Break two brown eggs into separate bowl, beat and pour over hamburger mixture 7. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon each of oregano, basil and powdered garlic 8. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper 9. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp., each of paprika and saffron 10. Drizzle worstershire sauce over mixture 11. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, but use a tender touch and pat (not press) into formed patties 12. Allow to rest overnight 13. Remove from refrigerator approx 20 minutes before grilling, keep covered in cool place 13. Place burgers on medium heat, four minutes each side and then put dab of grey poupon on burger and cover with slice of proscuito, allow to cook for 2 more minutes.
