1 large yellow tomato (cut into 6 slices)

Instructions

In large mixing bowl, combine beef, McCormick’s Salt & Spice Seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and Sutter Home Chardonnay wine. Mix well and form 6 same size patties for grilling. Grilling Directions: Prepare grill by brushing with olive oil. Grill burgers on medium heat charcoal grill or medium heat gas grill for 8 minutes on one side and then use spatula and turn burgers and grill on other side for 8 to 10 minutes until center of burger is done to medium consistency, check internal temperature with meat thermometer. Place 1 slice of American cheese on each burger and close grill top for 1 minute so cheese will melt. Grill fresh pineapple rings for about 5 minutes on each side. Grill sandwich rolls until lightly toasted. Building Your Burger: On each toasted sandwich roll, spread 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on the cut side of roll bottom and 1 tablespoon on the cut side of roll top. Place burger on top of the cut side of sandwich roll bottom, followed by the grilled fresh pineapple ring, a slice of yellow Vidalia onion and a slice of yellow tomato, top off with toasted sandwich roll top. Makes 6 burgers.
