Instructions

Slice the portabella mushroom in thin slices. Clean and devane shrimp. On a warm section of a charcoal grill place a cast-iron frypan with the butter and garlic seasoned salt and mushrooms On the hot part of the grill place four equal sized patties on grill which has been sprayed with cooking spray. If you want your burgers well done it will take about 12 min. Stir your butter and mushrooms and add shrimp about 4 min before burgers are done. When shrimp has turned pink and your burgers are almost done began to build your burgers. Put on two slices of mushrooms 3 to 4 shrimp a slice of cheese. Let the cheese begin to melt and than set your burgers on a plate on a warm section of the grill and put your frypan on the hot part of grill. Grill your buns in the butter that you cooked the shrimp and mushrooms in. I do this by pouring it out in a bowl and adding a little at a time to grill my buns in. You don't want your buns too greasy. I serve these with slice tomato, lettece, horseradish, and steak sauce as compliments.
