11.DILLED PICKLE (1/2 PICKLE)
12.SOURDOUGH BREAD (2 SLICES)

FORM THE PATTY:
MIX BEEF AND PORK IN A BOWL ADD EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO IT ADD RED WINE,GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER

 

Instructions

PREHEAT NONSTICK SKILLET TO MEDIUM HIGH ADD EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL,A DASH OF COARSE SALT AND PLACE BURGERS ON THE SKILLET ABOUT FOUR IN TOTAL.FLIP THE BURGER AFTER 5 MINUTES AND REMOVE THEM ONTO A PLATE COVERED WITH ALUMINUM FOIL ADD SWISS CHEESE SO MELTING OCCURS WHILE HOT.ON THE SAME SKILLET ADD MUSHROOMS AND VIDALIA ONIONS UNTIL CARAMILIZATION OCCURS. ON A TOASTED SOURDOUGH BREAD ADD MAYO,MUSTARD,MUSHROOMS,ONIONS AND BURGER.TOPPED OFF WITH 1/4 DILLED PICKLES
