Ingredients

Burger
2 lbs of angus ground beef
2 limes
7 ounce can of green chopped green chiles
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs red pepper flake
1 tsp salt
Toppings
1 loaf semolina bread
8 slices roasted red peppers
6 pieces boston lettuce
4 stalks green onion
1 sweet potato
1 8 ounce bag shredded parmesan cheese
2 tbs horseradish
1 thp dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp chili powder

 

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl combine juice of 1.5 limes, chopped green chilie, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp red pepper flake and 1 tsp salt. After blended fold in 2 lbs of angus ground beef. After fully blended, form into six patties about a 1/2 inch thick. Cut sweet potato into thin 1/4 inch slices and set aside for grill. Divide parmesan into 12 medallions on a griddle pan for the grill. Place sweet potato, parmesan, and burgers on grill 4-5 mins. on each side depending on taste. While the burgers and potato are grillin' mix together 2tblspoons of horseradish, 1 tsp if dijon mustard, 1/4 cup mayo , juice of the remaining 1/4 lime and 2 tbsp of chili powder and set in fridge. When all looks yummy take off the grill and grab the semolina bread (pre sliced at least 12 slices). Layer each burger as follows: semolina bread parmesan pattie burger roasted red pepper parmesan pattie slice sweet potato green onion slice of boston lettuce slather of horseradish aioli and final slice of semolina bread serve and eat Yummooooooo!
