Too often, beef burgers are somewhat dry. I am convinced that by adding worcestershire and the blue cheese not only added favor but moisture, that lacks in beef burgers. My family really love these burgers. So,make them even more special spice them up with few more condiments like tomato-ginger chutney or mango salsa.
21/2 pounds of ground beef,
1/2 tsp. of salt.
1/2 tsp. of black pepper,
1 envelope of onion and mushroom soup mix,
1 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce
. blue cheese makes the 6 ingredient added in the center.
combine all 5 ingredients in a medium size bowl. Making sure all is mix well. Form into patties big enough to put small amount of blue cheese or little more if desired in the middle. Then add enough meat mixture to cover the top making sure the cheese do not come out. Prepare grill. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill between 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill. Cover with foil; let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve on any kind of bun desire, along with mustard, ketchup, sliced red onions,tomatoe slice and lettuce.
