Spicy Supreme

Pairs well with:

Ingredients

2 lbs of beef sirloin
1 1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of sutter home white zinfidel
5 table spoons of sofrito (availbe in grocry store)
2 table spoons of spanish style tomato sauce
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of Adobo with pepper
5 turns of black pepper
1/2 of chipoltle pepper in adobo sauce(chopped)
1/4 tsp of dried oregano
6 slices of spicy pepper jack cheese
6 bernardinos water kaiser rolls
12 slices of bacon lettuce
3 tomatoes oil for lubin grill about 3 TBsp
For Mayo:
1/2 cp Mayo
basil small handfull
1/2 avocado
1/4 tsp lemon juice from lemon 1 good squeeze
pinch of salt and pepper

 

Instructions

In a bowl mix meat, salt, wine ,sofrito, tomato sauce, cumin,adobo, black pepper, chipolte pepper,oregano,mix together split into 6 patties preheat grill med-high for 5min with top closed, meanwhile in a frying pan cook 12 slices of bacon, take a rag put on oil and lube up grill , place patties on for 5min flip other side for 5 min next place on cheese cook till melted take off put burger on buns put mayo on top of roll place cooked bacon on burger with lettcue and tomato and serve
