Spicy moo moo cow on ranch

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs of lean Angus beef
3 fresh jalapenos
2 garlic gloves minced
4 1 inch cubes of shape cheddar
1/2 bag of washed baby spinach
Roma Tomato off the vine
2 tsp. cumin salt pepper
4 Ciabatta rolls
Sauce:
Ranch dressing mix made as dip (follow direction on package with mayo and sour cream)
4 green onions chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbs. Hot sauce

 

Instructions

Depending on how hot your like it, chop your jalapenos with or without(HOT) seeds into fine pieces. Same with garlic. rough chop up spinach. MIX meat with jalapeno, garlic, spinach and dash of cumin(2tsp),salt and pepper. Make into 8 1/2 patties, in the middle of each patty place the cube of sharp cheddar and cover with other 1/2 patty. Seal up edges. Grill up to med well on a BBQ grill. Sauce** Add to Ranch Dip: 4 green onions 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro 2tbl. Hot sauce Place burger on sliced ciabatta roll with ranch sauce and top with 2 slices of Roma tomatoes. Enjoy Spicy Moo Moo cow on Ranch
