Southern Star Quesadilla Burger

Pairs well with:

Zinfandel

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Oklahoma… a nice mix of a little plains, a little southern, and a little tex-mex. Lawton is about 45 minutes from the Texas border so when I thought of what kind of food best represented Oklahoma, I immediately thought of tex-mex inspired dishes. And this burger has a little tex-mex, the avacado sauce and tortillas, and a little southern with the bacon and ranch dressing.
