Pork Finds Paradise

Ingredients

2 lbs minced pork
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
2 tbs. Sutter Home Merlot
2 organic eggs, lightly beaten
4 tbs. sweet ginger
4 tbs. chili paste
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions

Combine the pork, garlic, onion, pepper, egg, wine, sauce and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Chop the vegetables very finely (easier in a food processor)Mix together well, using more or less bread crumbs to get the desired texture and divide mixture into 8 patties. Cook on a medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
