I came up with this amazing mixture one evening when I wanted to try something different. It turned out amazing and my family all had seconds.
1lbs. Ground Sirloin
1tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2tbsp. Hickory Flavored Liquid Smoke
1tbsp. Barbeque Sauce
3tbsp. Hamburger Seasoning
1/2lbs. Hand-Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mash all of the ingredients (minus the cheddar cheese) together in a bowl by hand ensuring that all of the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the beef. Then portion out and press the meat into 1/4lbs. patties and grill on medium heat until cooked all the way through. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve.
