Pesto burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients:

2 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons A-1 sauce
4 tablespoons Pesto
6 slice fresh mozzarella
6 slices tomato
6 English muffins

Instructions:

Preheat a grill for high heat.
In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the ground beef, A-1 sauce. Form into 6 patties, handling the meat minimally. Place the patties on the grill grate, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.
Toast Muffins to extra crispy, brush both halves of each Muffin with some pesto. Slightly melt mozzarella. Top with fresh tomato.
