Mouthwatering Maryland Blue Crab and Corn Burger

Ingredients

Ingredients for Patty
2lbs Ground Chuck
4 cloves of coarsely chopped garlic
2 eggs
4 teaspoons of Adobo Seasoning
6 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 French Onion Dip Pack
8 teaspoons of Garlic and Pistachio
1/4 cup of fresh parsley Bread Crumbs
Ingredients for filling
1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese
1 package of Garlic and Fine Herb cream cheese
2 ears of corn off the husk
Salad Topping
1 cup Mesculin Mix
4 tablespoons of Cole Slaw Dressing
Bread is Grilled Garlic French Bread
6 tablespoons of Lemonaise

 

Instructions

In a large bowl combine the ground chuck along with the following ingerdients – eggs, garlic, adobo, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, french onion dip pack and parsley. Mix all the ingredients together. In another bowl combine the schucked corn, gruyere and cream cheese. Roll (2) 3 oz portions of meat and spread really thin to the palm of your hand spoon 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the top of your first patty. Take the second patty and lay on top of the other patty and mixture. Secure the meats together to prevent the inside from oozing out. In your last bowl mix the mesculin mix and the cole slaw dresssing Grill for ten minutes on both side under medium heat. Grill the bread Assemble from the bottom up.. Place your burger on the bottom bun , then the lettuce and then the topped smeared bun Take 2 tablespoons of mesculin mix and put on top of the burger.
