Mom's Sneaky Burgers

When my children and grandchilden were small, it was hard to get them to eat their vegetables, especially onions, carrots and celery. I would mince them in my food processor and add with other ingredients to a meatloaf or burgers. Blended with other ingredients, they never knew the difference. In later years when they found out, they called me sneaky for doing this to them and the name "Mom's Sneaky Burgers" was born.

1 # extra lean ground beef
1/2 # ground turkey
1 small carrot
1/2 small onion
1/2 stalk celery
1Tbs Grey Poupon
2 Tbs steak sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
salt & pepper to taste

In large bowl mix ground beef and ground turkey. In food processor mince carrot, onion and celery. Add to meat mixture. Add Grey Poupon, steak sauce garlic powder, seasoning salt and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and shape into six large burgers or eight small, if for childen. Spray grill skillet with cooking spray and cook over medium heat until desire doneness. Serve on buns with cheese and condiments if desired.

These burgers are nutritous and taste great. Hope you enjoy.
