Middle Eastern Burger

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of ground sirloin
1 large egg
1-2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes (to taste)
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper to taste
Condiments could include any combination of the following: ketchup
yellow mustard
spicy brown mustard
vidalia onion slices
romaine lettuce leaves
beefsteak tomato slices
mayonnaise
American cheese or Colby Jack cheese
wheat or white buns.

 

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. With hands, combine mixture well and form mixture into 5-6 large patties. 3. Grill burger patties over medium heat (about 400 degrees) to desired doneness. 4. Serve burgers with your choice of condiments. Serves 5-6
