I created a dry rub that everyone LOVES, so I thought I would incorprate that into a burger. I am told by everyone that tastes it, that it is the best burger they have ever had.
2 pounds of ground chuck
1 tablespoon ground coffee (not instant)
1 tablespoon powered coco (not sweetend)
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
put all ingrediants in a bowl, and mix until thourally mixed. roll the meat into balls slightly smaller then the size of a baseball, flatten to about an 1/2" thick and grill until done. serve on a bun.
