Instructions
Thoroughly mix 2 lb. ground beef (15% fat) with 4 tsps. chopped onion, 3 tsps. chopped garlic, 2 tsps. black pepper, 16 tsps. olive oil. Make into 6 patties. Make paste with equal amount of pretzels and chips and mix with olive oil. Spread 2 tsps. of mix on one side of burger before cooking. Make a barbecue sauce with Sweet 1/2 cup Mustard, 1/2 cup Honey, 1/2 cup Wine, 1/2 tsp. Lemon, 4 tsps. Ground Avacado. Mix all ingredients of sauce in a blender or food processor to be sure they are mixed thoroughly. Place burgers on grill and baste liberally with barbecue sauce. Cook at high heat. I like 'em cooked medium rare on inside and used meat thrmometer to determine doneness at 142 degrees. Place cooked burgers on Potatoe rolls and top with slices of green pepper and apple.
