because it has american lean and healthy ingredients
3 lbs of lean ground chuck beef
1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup of chopped green or red peppers
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1 large diced yellow onion (the smaller the pieces the better)
a little bit of sutterhome red wine
a little pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Separate the mix into small or medium balls in order to make the burger patties. cook in oven at medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes. Turn the burgers over to make them crunchy. Serve with slices of american cheese on top if desired.
