Lady Kira's and Lady Eaglewolf's Wicked Witchey Burgers

Hello, my name is Pearl but I go by Lady Kira when I meet with other witches. Yes I am a witch that is how I came up with the name for my burgers. Plus with the spices and other ingredients this is one wicked burger. Hope you enjoy! Brightest Blessings! Lady Kira

1 pound ground chuck
1 pound ground pork
2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
2-16 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
4-6 jumbo eggs
3 teaspoons Italian Spice
2 cups roughly chopped red onion
16 finely chopped garlic cloves
mozzarella cheese-sliced
2 large tomatoes
stacker pickles
kaiser bun
Kira's special spread:
one half teaspoon each-
steak sauce

Mix together the ground beef and pork Add the meat tenderizer, tomato sauce and bread crumbs, mix throughly. Add th Italian spice, red onion, garlic cloves and bread crumbs. Mix throughly again, get in there deep with your hands. Now add the eggs, use what is needed to make it moist and workable. Mold into quarter pound patties, this recipe should make about 8 to 10 patties. Grill to medium well-light pink in middle. While cooking make the sauce in a bowl adding the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and A1. Stir til mixed. Add cheese when near done and lower the lid and melt the cheese. Also put bun on grill til lightly toasetd. Put bottom half of bun on plate, add burger, lettuce, pickle and tomato. Spread top with spread and add to top of burger. Enjoy!

My partner, Debbie also called Eaglewolf, play around with hamburger and meatloaf recipes and they are never the same. You never know what it will turn out like but it's always good to the last bite!
