Jens Island Affair

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
half finely chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
5 finely chopped cloves of garlic
few grinds of fresh ground pepper
few grinds sea salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
blue cheese crumbles
lettuce
red onion
tomato

Instructions

Put all ingredients in big bowl mix with your hands till you mix it all up then form big ole patties with your hands and place them on plate in fridge for at least 3 hours so the ingredients have time to bond together. Heat up your charcol grill I suggest using a nice chimney starter. Once its hot hot hot grill those burgers up till thier about medium top with blue cheese let it melt real nice. pull of put on toasted onion bun add lettuce onion tomato. maybe smear of mayo and its one amazing burger.
