Ingredients

1 Pounds Ground Beef
0.25 Pound Ground Pork
1/2 large onion, roasted and diced
5 garlic clove, roasted and diced
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Miso Paste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 medium egg
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
6 tablespoons vegetable oil, for brushing the grill rack

Instructions

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high. To make the patties, blend all ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce, miso paste, sugar, egg, flour, and sesame oil in a large bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into patties to fit the rolls. Brush the grill rack with oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and grill until brown on the bottoms, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the patties and continue grilling until done to preference, about 5 minutes longer for medium. To assemble the burgers, place lettuce, burger, tomato and red onion. Add the roll tops and serve. Makes 6 burgers
