White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.

This is the All-American burger because it uses ingredients of the southwest (even though I later found out I didn’t have to buy those olives at the farmers market, they sell them in the grocery store, just not in as fancy a bottle).

Ingredients:

Jalepeno/lime stuffed olives (one per burger)
24 ounces extra lean ground beef (about 85 percent lean)
12 dashes Chipotle Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
8 dashes Worcestershire sauce (8 dashes)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Baby bell swish cheese (three triangles)
6 ciabatta rolls

Instructions:

Slice and dice jalapeno stuffed olives. Mix olives, Tabasco, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt and pepper into hamburger. Mix thoroughly, but no more than necessary. Divide meat into six patties. Slice each cheese triangle into two pieces. Fold cheese pieces into meet patties, gently press meat into patties with cheese in middle.
Grill over hot coals until medium well done (about three minutes for each side).
Lightly toast rolls on grill. Put burgers on buns and serve with lettuce and Thousand Island dressing.
