Inside out grilled burgers

Because it tastes wonderful and is big and juicy


Ground Beef
Cheddar cheese
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder


Brown bacon in a skillet while it is cooking pat out as many burgers as desired. Each inside out burger requires 2 patties. Usually make em abouot 1/3 pound each. After bacon is cooked crumble it up and put on top of one pattie along with cheddar cheese. Then place another pattie on top of it and seal around the edges. then season both sides of the burger with seasoning salt garlic salt and pepper. Then grill to medium or medium well. Place on your favorite bun and top it as desired.
