Ingredients

1lb ground beef 
1pkg Onion Soup mix
1/4 cup chopped parsley
two or three large onions sauteed
1lb thick cut pepper bacon sliced
swiss cheese 
whole green chilies (roasted)
Blue cheese dressing
lettuce & tomato
Onion Buns

 

Instructions

saute onions in Olive oil until lightly caramelized set aside. fry bacon until good & crisp set aside add one pkg of Onion Soup mix & the chopped parsley to the ground beef. Mix well & form into patties. Cook on open grill until desired temp. toast Onion Buns lightly add Blue Cheese dressing to both top & bottom of buns. Now build your burger cheese burger bacon sauteed onions green Chile lettuce & or tomato
