Guacaburger

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of Ground beef or ground sirloin,
scant amt of onion soup mix (2T per 2#),
1 small clove of freshly minced garlic.
Worcestershire sauce, (2-4 t, or 1 shake on each side of burger), 1/2 t black pepper.
Your favorite fresh Guacamole,
Pico de Gallo,
burger toppings,
french fries.

 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Brown/Grill so it is brown on both sides. Splash a dash of Worcestershire sauce on both browned sides. When serving, place a teaspoon of your favorite Guacamole on the burger along with all your favorite toppings, including some extra Pico de Gallo. Serve with crispy french fries and more Guacamole to dip fries in! So fresh and good! Enjoy
