Grilled Squeezal

This is my twist on the Squeelers, which are served in Texas. I began making these for my family. Now, everyone wants me to make the sqeezals when I grill burgers.


2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 chopped green onions
2 chopped pablano peppers
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 lbs. cubed beef sirloin
1 lb. cubed bacon
2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
sliced provolone cheese
Kaiser Rolls split
sliced avocado
sliced tomato
crisp iceburg lettuce 


Heat oil on medium heat. Saute onions and peppers until carmelized. Cool completely. Run beef, bacon, peppers and onion through the meat grinder. Mix in salt and pepper and form patties. Grill patties until slight pink remains in center (aprox. 7 minutes each side). Add cheese and closegrill for one minute. Serve each patty on an kaiser roll. Top with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise.


NOBODY has this recipe. It is a complete secret. I won't tell any of my family or friends. Matter of fact this is the first time it has ever been written down.
