Greek Turkey
Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Turkey (leaner the better)
1/4 c. Chopped or Sliced Black Olives
1/4 c. Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. Sutter home (any red)
Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the ground turkey with other ingredients…Add salt and pepper to taste. Grill on a charcoal or gas grill until desired wellness and serve with a pasta salad and the remainder of the wine. Enjoy
