Instructions

To prepare creamy artichoke sauce, open can of artichoke hearts and drain out liquid. In a food processor, add drained artichoke hearts, 2 cloves fresh garlic, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon Grey Poupon Mustard, ¼ teaspoon horseradish, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt (set aside remaining ½ teaspoon for later use), ¼ teaspoon Seasoned Salt (set aside remaining ½ teaspoon for later use). Puree mixture thoroughly until smooth. Remove from food processor and place into small bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside. To prepare burgers, place 1½ pound ground chuck in a large bowl. Add ½ pound ground lamb, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt, ½ teaspoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce. Mix all ingredients well. Shape beef mixture into 6 round patties. Preheat a gas grill to 400 degrees with lid closed. Brush grill rack with Vegetable Oil. Place patties on preheated grill rack, cover and cook about 4-7 minutes, turn and continue cooking until done to preference, approximately 4-7 minutes, or until center is approximately 170 degrees Fahrenheit. When patties are cooked, remove from grill, stacking to keep warm, and cover with Aluminum foil. Spray 8-10 squirts of Butter Spray on each cut side of Kaiser roll tops and bottoms. Place Kaiser rolls cut side down on grill. Toast lightly and remove from heat. To assemble burgers, spread a generous amount (about 1 tablespoon) creamy artichoke sauce on the cut side of each top and bottom of Kaiser rolls. On each Kaiser roll bottom, layer cooked beef patty, 2 thinly sliced onion rings, 2 rounded teaspoons crumbled feta cheese, 1 slice orange tomato. Add Kaiser roll top and gently press down, and serve immediately.
