Grafe’s Bone Sucken Mushroom Burger

Ingredients

1/2 pound Hamburger 90% & 1/2 meatloaf mix
1 egg
3 slices of bread
1/4 cup Bone Sucken sauce (or 1/4 cup ketchup)
1 package sliced mushrooms
Sutter Home Burgundy Wine or white wine your choice.
salt & pepper
buns
non stick spray

 

Instructions

preheat grill medium heat add non stick spray to grill mix 1/2 pound Hamburger 90% & 1/2 meatloaf mix raw in big bowl soak 3 slices of bread in 1/2 cup water ring out. Throw in the bowl with the meat mix mix in 1/4 cup Bone Sucken sauce (or 1/4 cup ketchup) slightly mix 1 egg in seperate bowl then add to big bowl. Mix all in the meat. add dash salt & pepper Make hamburger patties by rolling meat in palm of your hand. grill hamburgers to desired time. marinate using Sutter Home Burgundy Wine or white wine your choice. 1 package of sliced mushrooms in frying pan low heat. Untill it boils out. Grill a bun. When burger is done take off grill add on top of the burger. Toppings more bone sucken sauce.
